Welcome Luis Delgado!

Luis holds a law degree by the Pontificial Catholic University of Peru, with a Master´s Degree in Social Law and Human Resource Management from the Université Catholique de Lille - France, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ESAN University.

With more than 11 years working on the field, his experience includes labor audits, the design and preparation of compensation plans, advising companies in labor law and human resources management, high level engagement and disengagement of employees, foreign personnel, collective negotiations, administrative procedures - SUNAFIL, disengagement and reduction of personnel, calculations of legal and labor benefits and taxes and contributions that affect remuneration, labor processes, labor inspections and safety and health at the workplace, labor intermediation and outsourcing, among others.

In the past, Luis has worked as an associate in law firms in Lima, as well as in one of the “Big Four” auditing firms.

Luis speaks and writes English, French and Spanish fluently.
